Imam Ali’s (PBUH) auspicious birth happened in the holy month of Rajab. Rajab is one of the sacred months dignified by Allah. Moreover, it's the month that has the honor of venerable occasions: in this month was the Day of Resurrection of The holy prophet of Islam Mohammad (PBUH), when the prophet was assigned to mission of the guidance for humanity. which is of great significance from Islamic viewpoint and has venerable divine occasions.
Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic, through his historic speeches and messages stressed that Imam Ali (PBUH) the truthful infallible successor of the holy prophet of Islam has been perfect model to follow for the entire humanity throughout all ages. In addition, Islam revived and promoted all divine and human values which were being forgotten or ignored by materialistic societies.
Imam Khomeini recommended believers from all walks of life to follow footsteps of the truthful successor of the holy prophet in order to gain prosperity here and salvation hereafter. The founder of the Islamic Republic send regular messages on birthday anniversary of Imam Ali and invited all government officials and masses to follow footsteps of the truthful successor of the holy prophet in all perspectives of life.
According to Imam Khomeini, the entire world and universe has been formed and founded on justice and is destined to follow divine rules. justice has a Godly origin and in its longitudinal range from God to every responsible person concerning individual concerns and particularly concerning social responsibilities is under review.
The founder of the Islamic Republic also believed that Imam Ali (PBUH) established eternal patterns of social justice which should be followed by generations to come over the centuries. The religious leader of contemporary history maintained that legacy of Imam Ali (PBUH) should be preserved in all fields of human societies.
He also urged the whole human societies to follow footsteps of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and other truthful successors of the holy prophet of Islam in order to gain prosperity and salvation. There is no doubt that faithful people will continue to learn honesty, sincerity, truthfulness, sagacity, and the acumen to differentiate right from wrong, from Imam Ali’s divine personality. From Imam Khomeini’s viewpoint, it is necessary to follow the footsteps of the holy prophet of Islam and his infallible successor Imam Ali (peace be upon them) for implementation of real justice.
